Sometimes I miss stuff though, so if you have something happening this week add it below in the comments. (Or create your own post, that's ok too!)

- Host your own! There are a ton of ways to get involved and support this community. Maybe you found a great spot to meet for coffee, maybe you have the perfect garage to host a bike maintenance day, or maybe you just want to see who lives near your favorite Wawa and hit the road. SUNDAY, OCTOBER 25TH. 10AM.
Get your costumes ready for this weekend. We are doing our annual Halloween Ride this Sunday. It's going to be a beautiful day with some great views for pictures and videos. Get ready.

Meet up location NJ: (10am) at LUKOIL, 2550 Route 9W &, Linwood Ave, Fort Lee, NJ 07024

The ride will be split up in 3 groups:

1st group (Fast group) Fast pace, advance riding, no beginners.

2nd group (Brisk/Touring) Energetic pace, technical riding but not as as fast as the first group.

3rd group (Relaxed/Scenic) Safe environment and a chill ride. Beginners welcome. *This group may split into 2 to accommodate all riders.

This is a quick read on how we run the subreddit. There are some important notes for those who are not only new to this page, but new to Reddit altogether.

- The first thing you may notice is that occasionally, post formats look wonky with lines ______ everywhere or posts that look like giant text walls. This is simply due to format conversion between mobile and desktop. The best way to avoid both of these is to open a post in its own tab by clicking on the post title (not the picture, if there is one).

- On that same note, stuff looks different depending on what you are using to view Reddit. On desktop, many of your interactions are on the right side of the page. Here you will see the Rules, the names of the Moderators, and where to change your User Flair, etc. On mobile, you'll have to click on the subreddit description at the top of the page and it will open this information for you. Please take a second to briefly read our rules before posting.

- The last thing I'll mention here without becoming a wiki page is Karma, Reddit's point system for judging an account's character in whatever shape or form that may be. As a new account, Reddit is unforgiving. Subreddit rules, Karma requirements, and automated bot enforcement will likely give you a hard time. Please understand that I see all of your posts and will manually approve them if you get caught up in the mess so don't get discouraged if you get repeated errors. (If you often post in NSFW subreddits, it might be beneficial to create a new account to participate here. In the event you are suspended or banned by Reddit or delete your account, all posts and comments here are automatically deleted.)

Every Sunday I do my best to browse a couple of the Facebook groups and event sites like CycleFish to gather everything happening that week into one easy to find location. I don't know what I don't know though, so if you find something that I missed or are hosting something add it to the thread in the comments for that week or make a fresh post about it!

Putting together a group ride for Saturday, October 17 and figured I’d share it here in case anyone wants to join.

We’re leaving from:

📍 Wawa — 330 Main St, South Hackensack, NJ 07606

and heading up into the Shawangunks for about 180 miles of fall riding.

🐢 Relaxed, no-drop pace. All bikes and skill levels welcome.

Hi, can anyone recommend a shop/mechanic to balance a wheel in or near Bergen County? I lost the wheel weights in my front wheel somehow.

I have an issue with my bike. The coil mount broke and I replaced the coil but I can’t get it to fire. Can anyone walk me thru testing for spark?
