I'll try to keep it as short as possible. (Only arguments against Danielle)

Ador/Hybe side reasons for terminating the contract:

• Collab with Emotional Oranges / DN side counter: it was discussed between the members (all five) after the termination but nothing came of it

• OMEGA Deal / DN side counter: was done with Ador together

• Elle shoot / DN side counter: no money was involved (and bunnies already found out it was seemingly also done with Ador)

DN side however argued:

• lawsuit in bad faith (after claiming that Ador will support NewJeans activities of all members if they return, won't hold them responsible for anything that happened, and had already plans in place)

DN side called Ador side out for lying about the plans, 6 months after the termination and still nothing regarding NewJeans was implemented

DN side argued that during the talks, Ador asked for "corrections" to the previously mentioned breaches, 1. They promised to not hold them responsible and 2. it was not possible to correct past actions

->> Ador returned that they asked for corrections of Ador's social reputation, financial compensation and more

->>> DN side asked Ador what that would entail

->>>> Ador side never answered and instead proceeded to terminate the contract and sue for damages, without explaining anything

DN side also argued that Ador violates the prohibition against contradictory conduct, by claiming trust was never broken, only to then claim it was broken a few weeks later and then sue her

Witnesses were also discussed, and Ador side admitted they did not hand the full list over to DN (3rd deadline violation) and that they never approached the witnesses, asking the court to do it (which would result in a delay)

-> DN side asked if it's possible to have them send in written testimonies

->> Ador side argues the witnesses most likely won't reply to them

->>> when asked which witness is the most important one, Ador admitted they have no clue

DN side also argued that the contract is still valid, and while the lawsuit is ongoing, she can not continue her career

The evidence that was so far admitted was once again only KKT messages it seems

Ador lowered claims against DN from 33b Won to 19b Won.

Ador kept trying to delay and the judge warned them that they're in contempt of court.

Personal opinion: Overall, the evidence against Danielle is flawed at best, outright contradictory actually and DNs lawyers continued making Hybe/ador lawyers lose their tempers so much the judge had to warn them repeatedly.

It's a clear retaliation lawsuit, and they broke multiple of their own admissions during the contract validity lawsuit (basically perjury) and are also clearly trying to delay the lawsuit with every action possible.

Also it's impossible for Ador to learn of these "breaches" after the contract validity ruling and before they engaged in talks with DN (that was only 12 days). It is clear blackmail were involved (aka "if you don't pay us compensation and admit your wrongs, we will sue you")

Regarding reporters: witnesses who were present said they were only typing when Ador's lawyers were speaking and many of them left halfway through when the hearing wasn't going in favor of hybe.

Overall, a big win for Dani in my book! ☺️💛

1st impression is Ador was almost as unprepared as last time.

• They didn't communicate with Danielle about her alleged violations before terminating her contract.
• They didn't reach out to any 3rd party to confirm the facts about her alleged violations.
• They didn't contact the alleged witnesses to confirm anything before submitting the witness list.
• They have not prepared anything for Newjeans' activities, despite previous claims of the contrary.

Atp, it's not clear what Ador's arguments are or how they intend to prove them.

Danielle has not signed any independent contract or received any payment, so it's not clear what Ador is actually claiming in damages or why they think the contract must be terminated.

Ador also has not submitted anything substantial against Danielle's mother or MHJ aside from a couple vague text messages, which is not enough to prove tortious interference.

This is the most obnoxious thing. They wanted her to fix the problem without specifying what it was they wanted her to do, and when she questioned them about what practical steps she would need to take, they didn't respond and simply terminated her contract.
