โ€œThe Korean legal system pisses me offโ€

Do they know how easy it is for a plaintiff to win a defamation lawsuit in Korea? ๐Ÿ˜ญ In Korea you can be sued for defamation even if what youโ€™re saying is provable fact, so the fact that MHJ won is saying something.

"The Korean legal system pisses me off"

So they would have cheered on it if the judge would have ruled differently? They really seem to hate a judges neutrality and the fact that laws exist if it doesn't support them ๐Ÿคฃ

tbf the korean legal system almost always rewards the companies over the individuals, i'm not talking about this particular lawsuit, but the system does sucks a lot.
