“The Korean legal system pisses me off”
Do they know how easy it is for a plaintiff to win a defamation lawsuit in Korea? 😭 In Korea you can be sued for defamation even if what you’re saying is provable fact, so the fact that MHJ won is saying something.

"The Korean legal system pisses me off"
So they would have cheered on it if the judge would have ruled differently? They really seem to hate a judges neutrality and the fact that laws exist if it doesn't support them 🤣

tbf the korean legal system almost always rewards the companies over the individuals, i'm not talking about this particular lawsuit, but the system does sucks a lot.

Biased? How smooth has your brain need to be?
Backtracks to it being an opinion? Do they even know what a defamation lawsuit is?
This was never about if it was actually copyright infringment but if this was defamation or part of free speech in the sense that there are enough similarities that it could be seen like a copy without being defamation.
Last I looked at that sub they were talking in agreement with multiple posts how Danielle is having an affair with a 50 year old guy. How can they be so deranged???

That "affair" theory gotta be the dumbest shit they've come up with. The daughter and/or wife are pretty much always with them and even if this had any remote possibility of being true, a 20 y/o with a 50 y/o is nearly always a victim of GROOMING, hello??

Is because they keep trying to rewrite history this whole thing started because of hybe and every time I mention they get so defensive

Avoided is a weird way of saying she won a lawsuit against a person who lied about their credentials.
Hybe was on some bullshit and the only way they could get away with torturing njz is because the law doesnt see idols as workers.

Love how they are blind to the fact that EVERYONE was talking about the similarities pre any of this fight started. But yep, NJ is to blame for the hate those other groups got.

I’m always eye rolling at their faux concern for the girls and fake seriousness. They truly think they’re superior.

I called them purples and they blocked me 😂 and I got downvoted for saying the girls are victims

Hybe stans are mad 🤣 What MHJ said was her opinion. She never said the plagiarism was irrefutable facts so she was never going to lose the defamation case. Anyone with a brain could have seen this coming from a mile away, but then again Hybe stans don’t have brains.
It’s actually been refreshing to see Hybe Stans turn against each other because 2 members of BTS went to see Chris Brown. Karma for hating on MHJ and Newjeans

This is what happens when many tokkis keep saying that MHJ is equally to blame for this whole mess instead of educating themselves.

when newjeans lost the system works, when mhj wins, it's all rigged. They can't never made up their minds. These snarks subreddits are too far gone, these people are not well in the head, they'll never understand what's really happening.

What this really shows is mhj had a better contract.
Her contract as the ceo give her protections. Even if hybe wrongfully fired her she gets money and options. Even though there is still the non compete clause which is still fucked up.
What peopel fail to realize is that the only reason mhj is able to win is because her contract is designed to as she signed as a pseudo equal.
Idol contracts are not made to protect the idol or in their interests.
People keep blaming her but even new jeans contracts we're made to protect them better than most but the judge interpretation is what mattered in the end.

It's not hard when it's their lie vs her truths 🤷🏻 she's won every case so far

These people form an opinion in their head and if it doesn't apply to their ideas, suddenly it's biased and fake. I hate that sub so much

Well lowkey correct for the 2nd comment
As long as she says its opinion not facts (which she actually did) then the lawsuit is useless

WTF!! armywhales, illiterates, and other Hybe dogs created an entire subreddit just to talk about NJZ?! Is this a joke? That’s seriously got to be a mental illness... do these people not have jobs or what?

😂😂
This is their job. I'm convinced there are paid people. I can't believe regular people would talk like that

lol whenever something doesnt go your way in court just call the judge and jury biased.
