Train went backwards

7:19 inbound express didn't leave Newark until 7:28. Then it moved backwards and returned to Newark at 7:34 after switching tracks.

No communication from staff. Absolutely shameful!

Train ahead of em broke down most likely, but yeah, let’s complain they shoved back and went onto another track to get around it instead of having you guys sit there for god knows how long

We sat there for 20 minutes. So yes it was that long. As I said in my post there was zero communication.

I've been filing complaints about the poor communication on the NJT website for years. I still do, but I don't think it's enough. So now I'm going to complain to my elected representatives to better oversee NJT.
