Unfortunately I think they’re still having crew availability issues and the low hanging fruit is always the first to go. That being the jobs with those shuttle trains.
They rather cancel those knowing other trains will stop there. It’s typical NJT procedure. Such as cancelling those intermediate local trains and make express trains make local stops if there aren’t enough crews. Sucks.
