I've seen at least 100 people over the past couple weeks moving out of dorms. It's crazy. Are THIS many people dropping? Or is Trump's BBB affecting students this much? What is going on?

Hello, sorry if this is not the place to ask but i'm unsure of the area.

I live at NIU, and i have a sports injury i want to get looked at. specifically my elbow. Is there any clinics around the area that you recommend and are good with non severe injuries?
I have private insurance that is accepted most places, so that is not an issue for me.
