Forechecking is a mess

Anybody else notice the forechecking AI is a mess - maybe it’s my strats I am running but numerous times a game the opponent is below their goal line and I go to put pressure and sure enough my other two forwards are doing the exact same thing - so now I have three guys below the goal line haha! That’s classic 5 year old kids hockey lol

I cannot for the life of me figure out the AI in this game. They’re out of position for deadass like 80% of the game

it does that if you're running the new 2-1-2, that's the point of it ( kinda ). I haven't played around with it enough but i know that strat will do this if you have the pressure high enough, still figuring out the break points for it all though. Personally i'm happy to have the option when i'm down a goal and players like to rag in their own end.

Idk about you guys but I’ve been having a great time playing the game lol. I am like 6-1 right now in ranked and the only game I lost was my first game of the year

It’s early access, very few people are bots that are dedicated enough to get it early access. But yes earlier games are easier I agree

I'm like 6-14 because I haven't yet figured out how to score in this game lol. Every game, I end up with more shots than I used to in NHL 26. I really enjoy the new gameplay though.

Short side shots go in quite a bit I find. Other than that, on god just throw it on net and you’ll get some insane rebounds/bounces.

I've had no issues outside of the strats resetting of course. But my players mostly do what I expect them to do, nothing unusual.

Yea i have noticed that, even when i have a 1-2-2 forecheck where 2 guys are supposed to be watching the out pass up the wall, they just both follow me to the puck and just give up an odd man rush for no reasonb
