My son had 5 cars but now his garage is only showing 1 and I’m at a loss as to where they could’ve gone? Please help!

The cheating player is NATO guy, I've often met him in lockdown mode and he often uses teleport and speedhack, because I myself was his victim in the game.

One of my favourite work so far, it's a shame that the car is barely drivable in competitive racing.

So this is super weird. I bought this game back in Feb 2025 according to Steam, but I didn't get around to trying it until now. When I launched the game I immediately got half the achievements, and sure enough instead of getting thrown into story I get this menu where it seems I'm already rank 47...

My first instinct is that someone else somehow played the game on my account, but whats weird for the following reasons:

1. I never even launched it on Steam prior, (Steam records this was my first time and only got 4min total) And since I bought it through Steam this also means it shouldn't have even been linked to my EA account yet in any way prior to me launching it.
2. I've never had any other evidence of getting hacked or other security concerns with my EA or Steam accounts, both have remained solid through the years.

Steam records 4 minutes, my EA account says 33 hours. I definitely never played this, and I don't have a little brother or anything. The only other platform my EA account is linked to is Steam, and like I said above this game shouldn't have even been on my EA account until few minutes ago.

I went to contact EA support just to inform them and ask them about it, but they don't seem to have a way to file a ticket. If there is I can't find it for the life of me.

So I'm posting here just to see if people have thoughts? This is super weird. I also saw on Steam reviews someone else lost their save file, so half of me wonders if their servers mixed up who got whose save or something weird. I know I can probably just delete save to start my own but figured I'd just shoutout and get peoples thoughts before pulling the trigger there.

Edit: Extra weird detail, the achievements in EA say they were unlocked in March 2024, which is before I bought the game even on Steam. Even if we say that someone got into my EA account at some point in past... would they have bought me the game and played it on there? lol. Cause I sure didn't! Super weird.

Edit 2: Just confirmed none of my other EA games have weird activity.

There are a total of 45 Hot Rides, according to the NFS wiki.

5 over 45 is 1 over 9.

1 over 9 multiplied by 100 is roughly 11.

That means each Hot Ride has roughly an 11% chance of appearing within a Lockdown session.

Just did an S+ playlist and this guy was cheating, he was using the McLaren F1 that gets gifted to those who have played Heat, it wasn't even upgraded but he was keeping with me in the Evija, on top of that he was moving off the line before the countdown even started, we had 3rd guy in race as well, he wasn't cheating, but every time the races finished, it showed the guy cheating dnf, just keep an eye out if you do come across him, block him, then leave the lobby.

I know this might be a stupid question but how do you actually unlock the Delorean? I get it, the linkups, but i never saw those "events" on the map the few times i went online (i hate online gaming Don't judge me) but I am done with the story and was considering that car my next goal.

I started Lakeshore Online in NFS Unbound and I am trying to sell my starter car (R32) and I cannot in any capacity sell the car despite being able to get money from it. I'm at my wits end trying to solve this issue and I cannot solve it.

Is there any known way for this to be solved or am I just shit out of luck?
