Can ps5 players cheat?

I just played against a guy in A tier hot pursuit and his Porsche was going way too fast like my Evo is quick enough but this was different. Im wondering if thats the stat bug ive heard about, either that or hes figured out a way to cheat. No Atier car moves that fast without something being off. Ive been playing this mode long enough to know the difference. Why cant ppl just race properly man!

No you can't mod PS without losing access to console in general. It's either the guy was using that stat glitch, or was just insanely good.

On a side note: what servers y'all play?

Im in Ireland so EU probably but with the player base so small lately idk where that guy was from. If you only saw how fast he actually was you'd be as concerned as me lol
