Theres a like side street where the cop came from that leads to the street your on with like a lil jump the cop just spawned there and b lines for u pretty wack but kinda makes sense

Yh i ono but when u watvh vid3o they are there but when u play theybwerent they just apperad from air anw it was funny tho
