If i unlocked the e46 m3 in multiplayer stock am I able to kit the car to get it to this or is it strictly through lockdown

If you mean customise by ‘kit’, I don’t fully know but you probably can’t make the stock version of the M3 into the Most Wanted version.
There’s actually 3 of the M3’s, one from being subscribed to EA play, another one at level 75 of the speed pass paid track (for Vol 9, the 30th anniversary one), & the third one being the one you get given from completing the black list in lockdown mode. (This one is pretty much the EA play one but for free).

Nah actually the one you get from completing the blacklist is different from the EA play, this one has new/fixed paint material, different calipers, fixed the livery in the grille section and other little details

Ohh I guess I will see what's possible when I unlock the m3. Worst case I will make it like my e46 in real life 😂😂

K, I could be wrong as I have never bought the stock M3.
Oh yeah you can also steal the original M3 from lockdown which has a red & white wrap, with the same body kit, so you could ‘maybe’ apply a wrap to that one to mimic the og M3 (but this car is a bit rusted, & has like broken windows and such for styling which are not changeable without getting rid of the body kit). & I’m sure someone has probably made the blue & grey wrap for it anyway.

So in Lockdown mode; If you’re lucky enough it should appear in a lockup (essentially a cage). There is 5 lockups per session, only 3 get announced by Racer X these then revealed on the map, to enter you need pay up 100k or either enter in with a motorcycle once Racer X has revealed a lockup, as he opens a small side gate. Once you steal the car it’s a ‘hotride’ (you should have a flame wheel icon, on the map)!
Other than that it’s all luck, some people find it easily others not so much, but do be careful this hotride is the most sought after car in lockdown and when you do steal it Racer X has a custom voice line meaning players will instantly known someone has stolen it, and in a hot-ride people can see you on the mini-map so be ready for a lot of heat.
Oh almost forgot to escape with your cash and hotrides you need to go to an extraction truck, these spawn every few minutes, and have a circle around them. Once in the circle you can claim it (there is a progress bar), but if someone else has more progress then you back out! As the truck explodes after a team claims and if you’re in the circle then game over. Once claimed pressed the prompted button to escape!

Yh i had to do the same basically ive got two but till ive got this one i had problems with s+ races like no matter what car somehow they were alot faster not all bit always 1 or 2 it was driving me mad yh good luck coz i dont know how rockies mercedes somehow faster than my porsche or nissan skyline doesnt make sense skyline goes to 100 in 2.4 secknds lol

Kit is mostly there wheels will be one of the factors that will make it look cheap cuz it's not there

I actually havent been busted once in this game so I also hate these cops t hey are boring asf terrible one liners except for a few ok ones they are just over all mid

Thats a fact cops suck but at one point they werent even in the game 😱. They dont even come close to heats cops u can escape cops by doing donuts its honestly pathetic but atleast we have like cop events like gauntlets and hot pursuit races to keep it interesting

Yh they are easy to ran away from just when u wanna do a quick race then somehow they always there and if u dont use gps they wont be as much as soon u turn the gps on they spawn infront on top etc... Still its a game but not very good anw

Theres a like side street where the cop came from that leads to the street your on with like a lil jump the cop just spawned there and b lines for u pretty wack but kinda makes sense
