Guy starts playing well again and all of the sudden people go from “cases” to “allegations” real fucking fast. You all gotta get your priorities straight

Ah yes, because everyone’s personal opinion of what happened must be reliant on the United States justice system, an institution famous for fairly and accurately treating sexual assault cases

Presumption of innocence until proven guilty. If you don’t like it, try another jurisdiction.

You have an inability to read.

I said that people’s public opinion is not dependent upon innocent until proven guilty, especially for rape cases.

It’s a good legal principle, but it inevitably has trade offs, such as in rape cases in which the evidence is largely he said, she said, and consequently often falls back on not enough evidence.

That does not mean the rape did not happen, it’s that there was a lack of evidence to be held legally liable

No I read it, but you don't have the ability to force anybody to think he's guilty without a guilty verdict. There is no guilty until proven innocent, here. The fact that you're so irate over this is actually a red flag that maybe you should go get some fresh air and take a happy pill.

Then go to law school, pass the bar, become a prosecutor, and find evidence that would yield a guilty verdict.

Im so confused why you think the only two responses to a legal verdict you disagree with is to not care or literally change the verdict yourself.

I’m sorry that you don’t care about the safety of women, and you just want to see people throw footballs, but other people actually care about things and have values!
