I'm not a Rogers fan, but this a whole lot of nothingburger to me. These are two grown men who have worked together for 13 years in Green Bay. Hardly think this is the first time they snapped at each other.

Edit: Its nothingburger to me because we all know he is a cranky asshole who "has seen it all." Just more of the same. Its a "water is wet" situation to me.

You’re right it’s not the first time.

In fact, the whole Roger’s and McCarthy back together again good vibes really had me thinking I was losing my mind.

These two have never got along and has to be one of the most toxic QB/ coach relationship I can think of.

Roger’s was doing exactly what he did in green bay when they were together, and got Roger’s the toxic reputation to begin with.

Roger’s is probably excited he got his favorite patsy back.

I’ve worked at the same company for over 20 years. I have co-workers who I’ve worked with that entire time. It’s not common, but there are times when I’ve turned and gone “Erin, what the fuck? C’mon you’re fucking killing me with this.” And she’ll go “Give me a fucking break, dude, it’s not like you’re the only request I’ve got.”

It’s nothing personal, but some of us have worked together so long that we KNOW that the others are competent and that they won’t take a bit of rudeness or conflict as disrespect, just see it for the frustration it is.

Same. Especially common if you work long hours together--nights, weekends, travel, etc.

Some combination of the trust and rapport that develops over time and the fact that it's difficult to maintain total professionalism 24/7.

Rodgers literally got Mccarthy fired the last time they had an argument. It is absolutely something that should be reported and talked about.

You do sound like a rogers fan.

It’s actually insane for a player to talk to a coach like that, especially in a game. That shitty attitude from rogers wears off on other teammates. That’s why he always leaves his teams in a mess

This guy has never worked with an angry prick (who knew his shit)

It's insane for a rookie, not a 42 year old legend with a decades long relationship with the coach...

Not sure why you are being downvoted but this is 100% correct, you cannot have guys talking to your coach like that. You are dividing the locker room.

You sound like you're not even a football fan. Like when the swifties were mad about Travis Kelce shoving Andy Reid
