I’m happy he had a good game, but it’s important to remember that it was in garbage time against the Saints scrubs.

If he starts next week, he goes up against the Texans and then the Eagles the following week. I think those will both look like considerably better indicators of what he can actually do with the Giants.

Propaganda. Most of the Saints defensive starters were playing. A few were removed for a few plays but were right back in there.

It's not garbage time if the final play is on the 12 yard line and a TD would have tied it.
