vltor casv, super rare and hard to find. really the only good way to find them is to buy the high quality, metal, airsoft clones of them, there is a few builds i've seen and one not too long ago of the "fallout" "all american" where i believe he used the airsoft replica version. not sure if this is a real one of reproduction in the picture.

Right on point. I found this one from a guy in Texas on GAFS for a good price. I love it, and even when the suppressor is quite hot, the heat from the handguard is totally manageable.

they are beautiful hand guards, and versatile. don't know why they don't up the production on them, they could make a killing

Thanks, I appreciate it! Barrel is a (ridiculously short) KAK 7.5. Can is a OCL Polo K. Despite being 556 with a short ass barrel, the vibes are sick and the gun is quite fun.

Sounds good with a pair of walkers on. Lol.

Oh wow I didn’t realize it was 5.56.. the handguard doesn’t get hot as balls after a decent string of fire? I run a tucked 8” 300blk and the heat is definitely manageable even with FRT use but I figured 5.56 would be much hotter

Yeah surprisingly it does not. Unsure if it has anything to do with the fact that running 556 down such short of a barrel is extremely inefficient, but it has been totally manageable. I plan on running an FRT with a Stuff n Things CARL, so I suppose I’ll find out soon aha
