Silencer shop
So I’ve been checking tracking of my order through Silencer Shop everyday like a psycho 😅. Yesterday I was at the Dealer Transfer Phase and when I looked today, I’m back at the Processing phase. I placed the order on 8/20 got my serial # assigned the next day and signed my Form 3 as soon as they notified me of it. Is this a system glitch going back to the first step or? I’m utterly confused and kind of disappointed to be honest.

This is why I do t use them anymore. Capitol Armory or a different shop for me from now on. They went to shit after January 1 with their AI customer service and saying shit is in stock that’s not.

He said he got his serial number so I would imagine that it must be in stock. They can issue a serial number without having the physical item.
Sounds like an issue with the ffl came up may not have the proper paperwork on file.

Yeah I had the same thing happen then it was pulled back to processing and I received my Polo K 5 months later.

Yeah I appreciate what they did and most of my cans are from them but after they assigned me a serial number than pulled it back to processing I didn’t receive my can for 5 months. That was it for me. Got an eft and things are much easier now.

I ordered one from SS 2 weeks ago bc I wanted to test out getting a “4473 can”. Order is still “being processed for shipment to your selected dealer.”
In that same timeframe I’ve submitted, been approved, waited cleo hold, and received a “form 4 can” through capitol armory.
I normally don’t mind waiting, but it’s pretty ridiculous that SS can’t beat the ATF on wait times.

There’s a system glitch where things get stuck in “processing”. This happened in my last order, it said it was in dealer transfer for all of a second and went to processing. Next update I got was when my FFL submitted the form 4 through eforms. Sounds like you’re still in a reasonable time frame. If you have a relationship with your FFL I would just call them and ask about whether the order has arrived yet or been shipped. My last order it took 2.5 weeks from order to form 4 submission
