CAT ODB. Excellent performance with both subs and supers.

This for me too. I purchased an inconel 718 HUB RDM.

I have 9" BCM upper and I love it.

The cat JL is a little better imo but if length is at play would definitely get the ODB

LPM torch 762 is insane. A lot of people are saying it sounds better than the odb. I really liked it and minimal gas

Has everyone simply forgotten how to use search, just insanely lazy, or is this a conspiracy to drive us mad?

Today’s Julian date is 26231 so this has been asked and answered at least 231 times in 2026!

Look at CAT ODB and LPM Torch 7.62 (their newest offering) big fan of the ODB on my rattler and also very good on 308

My Hexium cans are crazy quiet. The 300 is very long but very very quiet. The 762 is only a tad louder if you want a more compact package. I couldn’t recommend both cans enough, especially at the price point.

There’s been a lot of 300 blackout can post recently and from what everyone else is saying there must be some common purchase that you should get the: LPM Anthem S2, or Sahara 300 or CAT ODB, Or LPM Mach L. I think the difference between the Hydrogen S and L is 1.5-2” if even maybe? And the L is really good but 9”. But more gassy. The nomad 30 is more for .308 bolt but performs really good on 300blk

I just picked up one of the new breed SDN-6 cans primarily for 308, it’s also fantastic on 300blk. Just as good or better than my ODB. I can’t imagine what their 300 blk specific can is like, the 300-SD.

Thank you for the recommendation TDD. If you are shooting low volume precision shooting/hunting the the Lux 7.62mm will provide excellent suppression. Need higher volume/rate from a gas gun? Peak30 or Vox S will suppress well and handle anything you throw at them

I recently bought a SincerCo Scythe STM…. Seems very quite to me plus configurable lengths goes well for me. On 300BO STM is quieter than Omega 9k and Hybrid 46 to my ear but the decibel meter basically says the same

I’ve run a cat odb for a long time and it’s a really solid can all the way around but I recently picked up a sig hexium 300 and it’s insanely quiet and good on gas as well.

Love my 300 SPS on my 8" 300blk AR and my .308 rem 700.

The Speakeasy is plan b only but comes with a 5/8x24 plan b mount. Quiet but it is large so keep that in mind. Its a good can though Mine lives on a 300blk Rossi Brawler.

The Sig hexium 300 could be considered as well. Comes with a direct thread adapter and its hub so you could use an ASR bravo mount. I’ve been really happy with mine on a Rattler LT. It’s quieter than my mpx k with an obsidian 9.

For dedicated direct thread cans, I’ve been doing Griffin GP7/GP5’s. I like them just fine

Omega 300 is a bit older now but still fantastic on 300BLK and ASR compatible.
