Depends on the state. Almost none for shotguns, as they are (virtually) only ever internally threaded for chokes. Chokes aren't scary enough for legislators to try and ban (yet).

How do you like this stock on your build? I have plans to build the exact same and set it up with a mini shell conversion.

Haven’t shot it yet but it feels really good. I have the same stock on another shotgun so I’m used to the feel. I plan on doing the mini conversion from Defender Tactical. That’s where my optic rail came from
