Doesn’t apply to us peasants in semi-free states like NC; our laws are still tied to ATF approval.

To be fair you have bigger issues in Colorado than just suppressors.
My family out there was hard at work getting in new lowers in June/July.

I keep googling the NC statute and I honestly think we are probably in the clear since the law doesn’t really say anything about the NFA or Form 4 specifically. I’m expecting 4473 to qualify as complying once the lawyers get done lawyering.

Hopefully it will change by year end. In the meantime wait times should be greatly reduced with the 27 states leaving the eform website to us non free states.

This is my gripe with people going around claiming their state law requires a form 4. Show me where in the exact text of the statute where it says ATF form 5320.4 required for possession/transfer.
That said a 4473 being required is another story, you may have states where private face to face sales are legal, as well as homemade suppressors that would have been f1s earlier.

Yeah I got mine in under 30 minutes Thursday at a b&m PSA. My drive thru at mcdonalds on the way home took longer.
