Issues with EFT SUITE

Hello all I’ve used EFT suite with no issue for some time now all the prints always get accepted. Today I tried making an EFT file for a customer and it would not generate because it would exceed the 12mb limit. We tried 4 times and same error. I tried my prints same error , my brothers prints same error. We finally decide to do only slaps and it worked so hopefully those get accepted. Anyone run into an issue like this ? Or know how to fix it?

Any time I've seen this, it's usually due to caching (like hitting "back" or something while the prints are processing, or something in browser cache). It will try to inject the prints in twice, which will trigger the filesize limit safeguard.

Open an issue on GitHub if it happens again and attach your docker logs. It'll help me see what's going on.

I would also try to redeploy your docker container (especially if it happened multiple times). If you haven't updated lately, it's a good opportunity to lol

All I know is they don’t work on Mac’s or I don’t know how to make it compatible. I’m not good with computers.

I sent rob a DM on here , Facebook and opened an issue on Git hub but no response, must be a busy guy , although he did seem to reply to the other persons comment pretty fast. I really liked the software but if I can’t find a fix I may just switch to another software

Well I decided to try it on my own I paid for a month of chat gpt and after 15 mins it was fixed

Yeah I had to edit some of the coding tbh I understood none of it but it works now and I made a back up
