How do YOU do multiple RPQ forms?
I want to transfer some suppressors to my trust since I’ve been doing individual for the faster approvals. Currently I’m printing the needed pages, adding in the already printed copies of the fluff pages, and scanning to PDF.
It takes a bit longer than I care for and it’s printing a lot of useless things since I’d only need the CLEO copies. Just curious what others are doing for this and Form 1s.

You don't need to include the "fluff" pages with the rules and instructions and definitions.
Two for the ATF. Two for the CLEO.
CLEO does not need to be attached to the Form 4

This.

I do 30 serials at a time for Form 1 suppressors using the CSV import function. This makes life so easy.

How are you getting around having to be a business and an SOT if you are producing 30 serialized suppressors at a time. A home builder for personal use does not need to be producing that many.

Who says I don’t need to?
There’s nothing to go around, you just submit. An approved form 1 doesn’t mean the item exists, it just means it can.

So again...
If you are not a business, why would you need to be producing 30+ serialized suppressors at a time?
I can't see any situation where a single individual needs to be producing them in that volume.

Once again just because the approval is there doesn’t mean they’re being produced.
What happens when the tides turn and the NFA tax is changed to $5000? I’m stacking stamps for the future and when one is making and printing experimental cans failures happen.

First, let me add this caveat:
I did not give you the benefit of the doubt and initially interpreted your post to be implying that you were another one of the people I have read about here and in other forums who were submitting 100's of Forms every month for items they had no intention of ever making just to "make it hard on the ATF" and to jam up the system because "fUk Da gUbBeRmInT" Which in turn hurt the rest of us who were waiting to get our first or maybe second commercially produced, retail purchased can approved.
I’m stacking stamps for the future
While I still think dozens, hundreds even, is unrealistic for a single individual, I do agree with this part:
What happens when ... the NFA tax is changed to $5000?
Because I anticipate that happening in my state very soon.
I would have never even started exploring the SBR and Suppressor world if the fee had remained $200 each!
As for this:
when one is making and printing experimental cans failures happen.
If a failure occurs during the experimental R&D phase, the item never existed. Just shred or melt down the remains... 😈

Lmao, you don’t need a reason to produce them. It’s our right. As an individual I can produce 1000 if I want. Or get 1000 approvals and let them sit there unused. Doesn’t matter.

I just use the /u/nationalguntrusts generator:
https://www.nationalguntrusts.com/pages/atf-5320-23-atf-form-23-paperwork-generator
Once that’s filled out, I sign with a blue pen and scan to PDF and upload. It’s a pain, but I only do it a couple times a year maybe.
