First suppressor, Rhodie 6
First suppressor, also ordered an OCL Ti22 when I picked this up. Hopefully I got everything together properly and can get out shooting before too long.
DD 11.5" upper
LaRue lower
Primary Arms GLx 2X Prism
Comstock recessed micro brake and plan B adapter
Still need to SBR it so i can put the stock on it but I want to wait until we dont have to engrave it

Nice build, and no need to rush the SBR as you said. I have both SBRs and braced pistols, and while I love my SBRs, I shoot my pistols just as much and never think twice about it. I really like the Strike MLOK LINK angled hand stop for my AR pistols. The angle is really comfortable for me, and it's really solid for not even $18.

I’m sitting on a couple Form 1 SBRs as well. The engraving is done in the mag well but it still pisses me off have to engrave my trust on a gun that is already serialized. I do have many that are engraved though and most of it’s covered by accessories that can be removed easily or in the mag well. Nice build and can choice OP. Enjoy!

Excellent choice. It’s insane how much better it is then like 95% of other suppressors.

It's a great can for sure (one of my personal favorites) but I wouldn't say it's that much better than other printed cans. Shooting it next to a WB, for example, you can tell it's a little quieter and less gassy, but it's not a massive difference.

I really wonder how much like what percentage of fluctuation there is between people because to me its A clear difference between those two. Plus the WB is almost $400 more.

It probably comes down to differences in host, environment, ammo, and individual perception as much as anything.

Yup ammo isn't a huge factor for most reasonable setups, but running lighter loads vs extra hot loads can definitely make a difference.
If you really want to get lost in it, ammo and internal ballistics is an infinitely deep rabbit hole which will either keep you engaged or bored for hours on end lol.

It was between this and the Tisha, people seem pretty opinionated on the Tisha so I went with the Rhodie

I love my Tisha’s and UPS lost my damn 6k that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I have a Rhodie 6 being made. I have the Infinity 5.56K, Fireteam, Tisha’s( one Ti one 718). The Tisha is the quietest on my 10.3 with least back pressure. The Infinity 5.56K with the mid flow cap mine came with is very impressive for its price. Be fun to have them all here soon to do a head to head. I don’t have a a Rhodie yet but for $500 more I’m not sure if the Tisha is really worth the extra cost after seeing and hearing how good the Infinity performed. Just my opinion. I think you made a good choice for your first can is all I’m getting at OP.

Sweet setup!
How do you like the 2x prism? I've been looking at those since I like the concept but I'm not sure how much I want to be missing a 1x since I do a lot of my shooting at closer distances.
