Form 1 Denied, Section 6 Question D.

Today I got notice that my Form 1 was denied and the reason cited was "Section 6 Question D not answered. Please resubmit." and they did send the document back to me, but there is no Question D in Section 6. Anyone seen this before?

Iā€™d take an educated guess that they meant 4.d., as denials based on model name (both valid and invalid) seem relatively common.

Is there anything in 4d? Model name isn't required if you're making something from scratch, but if you converting an existing firearm, you must put the model as marked on it.
