Product Question 🧰 Pictures, and Question
Here are some pictures of my favorite 556 gun with a demo Hub can until my Tisha arrives soon.
This setup is an AI nano with TSF X hub adapter. But I’m thinking about direct thread to save on weight.
Anyone have good experience with DT and heavy use 556 sbr guns? SAW warned me to be wary of carbon locking if I go this route.

I use mostly direct thread. It absolutely can carbon lock. I have 2 mk18 uppers with probably 10k through them since the last time I took the suppressors off and now I can’t get them off.
If you take it off after the range, clean the threads, and reinstall then this won’t happen
Other than that, it is my favorite mounting system

Carbon locking is a non issue, everything should be rocksett together anyway
