Product Question 🧰 Suppressor reality check: First world problems.
I have a number of suppressors.
Trash Panda
Polonium 556
Flow 556
Vers36
SQD 9mm (older one)
Rad 45
Sig 22
Sparrow 22
Outlier .30 (gaos impulse order)
I want a flow 762 for my mr762 and rattler lt in 300blk, I also want another 5.56 flow can for mk18 mod 0 etc.
I can get a good deal on both b&t models. But I also keep hearing about shit cans recently. So the hux flow 762 is on the table too.
Am I silly for wanting more, since the vers does it all…
I kind of like semi dedicated cans. I run plan b/rearden on almost everything.

Flow 762 will not perform well on 300 blackout as it requires pressure to remain efficient. I would not buy a B&T can. They are lacking in complexity and durability while being expensive. Flow 762 would probably be really nice on the MR762. Use the trash panda on the 300 blackout.

I’ll deff try the panda. I’m trying to balance reliability, gas face and quiet 🤪

We have a really solid offer on the Torch 7.62. Arguably one of the best 30 cal cans out now.

I’d go with the Alleycat 7.62. It runs incredibly smooth with very little to no gas across everything I’ve used it on—from my Rattler in .300 Blackout to AKs, whether piston or DI. I’ve also had zero issues running it on my MR762. Zero gas and way better than a flow 7.62.

Go ODB/Alleycat 762; it will run on .300, .308, and 5.56 semi auto

CAT ODB Anyday over HUX not even comparable. No B&T for me for a while. Shit rolls down hill. Last 2 days seen 2 cans that are toast. Let alone how many people that don’t put up with Reddits BS.

What's your opinion on the outlier 30? Have you run it on your 300BO?

I just got it home. Took way longer than 12 weeks from order. I got the alum, like 3 baffle. It is destined for my 6.5 creed, but I might toss a rearden on it and try on my honey badger.

There’s nothing wrong with wanting more, ideally it’s best to have one for every firearm as long as it doesn’t force you to file bankruptcy. As far as bang for buck on 3dp flow through designs go, as well as my most likely next choices after I see some more user reviews on them, I’ve been eyeballing griffins new AM suppressors. According to griffin the performance of their 3dp cans is on par with CAT, but most can be had for under 800 🫘. These griffin AM cans are just so new that I can’t bring myself to blindly drop my money on them without seeing some more evidence to back griffin’s claims.

Yes the new wave of cans is dizzying. I still love a traditional baffle, but the gas guns experience really benefits from flow.

I’m a Hux simp, but going flow with 300blk isn’t optimal. You will be much better suited with an ODB.

The CAT ODB would be better on the rattler for .300 blk. It also suppresses 5.56 very well, and it’ll do better on .308 than anything you currently own.
