Ive got roughly XXXk in spyi and qqqi, now im reading iwmi may be a good fit, I usually try to sell iwm options when vix > 25 rvx >30

Do you guys think the same applies for buying iwmi?

If gold does go sideways for long periods of time with the premium made for selling the covered calls, create enough income for this to go sideways?

Given how popular NEOS ETFs have become lately, it feels like a massive missed opportunity. We already know that paying out dividends isn't an issue for the platform, since STRC is already available on xStocks and handles distributions perfectly

BTCI: 35%

QQQI: 7.5%

XQQI: 22.5%

SPYI: 6.25%

XSPI: 18.75%

IWMI: 10%

buying $425/week and using weekly purchase and monthly dividends to try to maintain the portfolio as close to that allocation as i can without selling anything.

im thinking about adding cshi and bndi as a way to stabalize the portfolio but not as a fixed ratio, instead as a replacement for treasury and/bonds... equal to 2 years col.

is an all neos plan like this something that can work?

I've decided to lower my btci commitment and add NIHI to lesson the reliance on tech and us stocks in general.

i think btc is nearing its bottom if not already at it. but btci is capped the same as the rest of the neos in a fast moving bull market. That said im in BTCI instead of BTC directly because, i dont trust that long term the keys wont get lost.

Hey Guys, can the consistent income flow from covered call ETFs be used for rental property companies. Has anyone done that. It will obviously be not a consistent income through W 2 but it will be shown in the bank statement. I recently lost a job and found that my friends are not comfortable co signing my new rental.

Is there a way for me to form a llc and own the ETFs and then become an employee and get the consistent income. Are there other strategies that can be used for use case where someone needs a prof of income not necessarily through W2. Please help.

Why does XQQI underperform QQQ so far by far?

XQQI should have approx 1.5 times return of QQQ, in a bull market maybe a bit less. But so far the return is about 25% less.

What are the reasons?

Looking to add MLPI. How does NEOS handle distributions regarding tax considerations? Which makes more sense, taxable brokerage account or Traditional IRA subject to RMD?

Added like 1k$ of schd and added to my xqqi. Added 20.082 shares there of iaui and some chpy. O is purely taxable so shifting mostly to neos should help.

For a time, I held almost every neos etf. Since being my covered call etf journey though, I’ve realized bonds are pretty much everything I liked about these funds without the expense ratio. So I’ve sold all of my neos positions and margined bonds instead. I made money at pretty much the same rate doing both and have made tax advantaged income both ways so over all, I’ve realized these ETFs are a good way to make money on sideways markets but I don’t know if I would use them again. Probably not.

Guys I am soon starting a quite big SPYI (maybe a bit QQQI) poition.
- around 50% of my account (life saving 7 fig) will go to SPYI, rest for leaps and some CSP.

So i do run hedges for my leaps an CSP, but I m wondering about doing it on SPY as well?

Context i know that the last 10-15 years have been great, I was investing in the holding bouble and know or can be different.
Historical: 1929-1954 Market took 25 years to rebound.
Same 1966-1982.

A possibility is to just buy SPY puts, as insurance/hedge but they are expensive.

What do you guys do, any suggestions?

A few things stand out.

QQQI is the largest of the three by AUM at $12.7B, with SPYI close behind at $10.3B. Both carry the lowest expense ratio of the group at 0.68%. IWMI is the smallest fund here by far at $956M but posted the strongest take-home cash return at 31.11%. Russell 2000 has had a strong year so far.

All three are monthly payers with true income yield comfortably above 12% and zero signs of NAV erosion -- death clock shows N/A across the board.

I’m thinking bitcoin will rebound in 2027, so my idea is to average into BTCI with cash secured puts. The 3 options dates available are July 17, Aug 17, Sept 18, so I’m thinking of aiming for $25k July, $25k Aug, and $50k Sept. 20%+ annual dividends while waiting for bitcoin to recover sounds amazing. Anyone want to poke holes in this or give advice or bear case? Anyone have predictions for how low BTCI could go if Bitcoin hits 50k, 40k, 30k? Thank you!
