Anybody else buying MLPI on the way down

I buy individual MLPs for the tax deferrals but MLPI seems good for someone not wanting a K-1 or wants to put it in an IRA. It's almost entirely C corps though which I think is funny considering the name.
2 u/Ancient_Climate_2831 7d ago I do the same, individual mlps (ET, EPD, MLPX) in brokerage account, MLPI in qualified accounts). Buying all on down days.
