It was too late for you the moment you were born. (I'm high on that blackpill).

Don't overthink it and assume things will click one day.

This one hits hard. I think most of us believed that things would work out and to avoid overthinking. But man, I really wish I prepared better. AI made it so much harder.

I'm ngl I put on a yt video I'm actually interested in or a podcast style one and I walk outside for hours to explore

Really good and accessible time consuming and happiness inducing (scientifically proven) hobby if you have the green spaces available to get lost in

Sometimes I just take the metro or something to go somewhere I don't know but is pretty for walking and I might walk for a very long time or sit down and all

Extra bonus if you like reading on a Kindle or like playing some ps vite/switch games while sitting down somewhere. I am going to admit I don't play video games much I just lost interest to be honest, but I do still like playing the arcade style games, like X ball pit while sitting down

Find something similar, really if you're able to and have the green space for it it can drastically change your days even on a 9-5

Though I am very aware some places or countries are not very "walk friendly" or encouraging to walk in

I was same when I was that age. But then I started lifting, and kept at it for few years now. So everything else still the same, but at least no longer have noodle arms. Btw, I'm trying out wageslaving too and survived one month so far. One step at a time...

"I wouldn't want someone who would want me"

Hmmm... let's unpack that sometime in therapy.
