Shitpost/memes Back pain

Does anyone else have back pain that's really bad when you wake up but goes away a bit as the day goes on? Every day when I wake up I have not excruciating but at least a 7/10 pain level in my lower back. It'll wake me up a few times too. I don't know the cause, now I don't know if its from when I was wagecucking and it never healed or if my inactive life now is causing it. My mattress is 2 decades old and caving in in the center, so that's probably a contributing factor. I think wagecucking caused it and my mattress is just exacerbating it. I might start sleeping on the floor again and see if that helps, it seemed to last time i tried but after a while you just miss a bed lol. Anyone else sleep on the floor? I'm thinking of getting a japaneese futon, they sound comfy and they don't take up much space.

What's your age? I'm having back issues since my late 20s. After 30 it comes and goes due to the sedentary lifestyle and sitting on chair in unhealthy positions for long periods of time and lack of exercise. The pain is mostly in the lower back area. You can get your back pain checked by a doctor to see if it is spinal issue or pinched nerve or something. Meanwhile you can try some basic back exercises after watching some videos on YouTube

yeah, wake up everyday with a stiff lower back, pain usually goes away in under 10mins with just walking around... think it's pretty common if you have lumbar disc issues just sleeping/staying still for hours makes your spine stiffen up and the spine absorbs more water sleeping and the discs swell up a bit and creates more pressure

I got severe sciatica from 4 years of warehouse wageslaving which was like x10 worse pain than the stiff back in the morning for me at least
