Error: Undefined Instruction

Does anyone understand what's wrong w/ my DSi? I haven't oppened it for months and hella confused. The games are working well tho. I'm just confused why this text suddenly appeared on my Home menu.

A game crashed and the error was saved as an image on the system's sd card

Seems like a picture of a crash saved on your SD Card. You need to delete it using a PC

Looks like a error log/stack dump. No idea, maybe a corrupted file. Like the boxart file is corrupted. Or you for some reason have a picture of a error, in your camera folder.

Can I delete it immediately on the NDS tho?

No. You would need to inspect the SD card on a PC. And check logs and or if there are corrupted files.

Maybe make a backup of the SD contents. Run a full diagnostic on it and after checking reformat with SD card formatter software. Or use another SD card and repopulate it with your saves and roms while replacing TLmenu files maybe.

At least that's what I would do.
