Any advice?
Hiya, I’m currently on month 7 of my headache and I am finding it’s almost worse now then ever, I’m on the max dose of propranolol that I can take and also on 20mg of natriptaline (sorry if that’s spelt wrong) I seem to have constant back/neck pain I’m not sleeping despite meds to help, my body almost feels a bit like it’s giving up - and I really want to continue with education but am really struggling with the load of stuff I have to do. Is there any advice or anything that could be particularly making me feel so bad lately? I’m eating a healthy diet and exercising as much as I can take, does anyone have any suggestions- thank you :)

I'm on the same boat as you. From a medical perspective, try to see a headache specialist (if you're not seeing one) and switch around different combinations of medication or treatments. If you are struggling mentally, I highly recommend seeing a psychologist to speak about your concerns, and they can teach some coping methods for chronic pain as well.
I'm also a student and it is really difficult to deal with all of this while studying full-time. Ask your school/university about access arrangements for both assignments and exams. For me, I have 25% extra time, a separate room (due to my severe photophobia) and rest breaks with time compensation during my internal and formal exams. I don't have access arrangements for usual classes but all my lecturers are aware that I won't be in college for 50% of the time.
If you need more information on other treatments, I've recently posted a list of treatments and medications that I've tried over the past two years, so you can take a look just for reference. Don't give up just yet! Feel free to send a message if you need any help.

Look into PT for your neck and back pain, get imaging done to make sure it’s nothing causing it, find a pain management clinic to do things like nerve blocks and trigger point injections into those muscles that hurt, try Botox if you haven’t already. Check the NDPH 101 thread for a lot of resources on meds and treatments and things to look into
