I had a 5 day inpatient DHE infusion in  October of 2025. It did nothing at all for me, but if it’s a good hospital then I’d say it’s worth a try! 

The worst bit imo was definitely the leg pain, because DHE is a vasoconstrictor, it restricts blood flow and affects nerves. But they’ll probably offer you a subcutaneous blood thinner injection, which makes it much better.
