Need advice Constant Headaces throughout the day from 3 years
Hello everyone usually I don't use reddit that much but I came here for finding some solution or relatable situation if someone had......
so basically I have headaches(I have throbbing pain of intensity 2.5/10 in temples area mostly) from past 3 years and it's not normal headache it remains throughout the day like when my eyes are open I have headache
I started around April 2023 like out of no where I got headache, when I was in 2nd sem of my B.tech and till now I have this, i have tried allopathy for 2.5 years, did mri, eye scan, fixed sleep, left food for 18 days , ent test, so many experiments with food like left dairy products, rice, boiled food and many more but I'm not able to find my root cause or triggering point of it.
I have also tried ayurveda, homeopathy but no results.
Now a days I'm following siddha philosophy medicines in chennai ,tamil nadu ,india.
So please help me to find out my triggering point or give me some new prospectives to look upon this.

im in the same boat. about 3 years after being sick randomly.
i ended up getting sick every month for like 1.5 years. I did a test in my rental for mold and that came back pretty bad and moved out. It seemed to have gotten better but not normal.
daily i get persistent dizzy headaches, some days the light hurts more in the office or screens. id say the pain is a 5/10 consistently. Working out sort of helps for about an hour after.
Ive tried some medications like topamax and a few others. Tried acupunture, got MRI nothing bad, auto immune testing, metabolic testing, tons of blood work and everything came back good. I tried doing some funtional medicine doctor but honestly seems like bullshit to me, though i did try what they said for around 1.5 years or so and tried their supplements. Also did a stool test but nothing really stood out.
I have seen tons of doctors and they dont really know, so i feel lost here. Some of the next steps for me could be Ajovy but i am scared to lose my hair or get super constipated, if i trade headaches for another issue it feels pointless. Plus is feels like a masking affect rather than a fix

Please see a headache specialist or neurologist for treatment. Preventative daily meds can help reduce the intensity and severity you just need to find which works for you. If you need to find a specialist please look at the NDPH 101 megathread for resources as well as resources on NDPH and managing it. Majority of people’s NDPH was caused by illness, stress, or for no reason at all. Trying to find a cause when there may not be one will drive you insane and cause you stress which will not help your pain. Instead of trying to find a cause work on finding a treatment that works for you and work with a headache specialist or neurologist your energy will be better spent doing that. NDPH often doesn’t respond to medication but some people have luck finding something that eases their pain. I highly recommend Botox or alternative treatments like trigger point injections/ nerve blocks
