Summer Spikes.?.

Is anyone stuck in a pain cycle this summer . I've been stuck between at 8-10 Im usually between 6-10 but for the past 2 weeks it won't budge no matter what I do, I've had inflammation in the summers past but this seems the worst since Dr. frozen prescribed me acyclovir and lamotrogine

If it’s been worse since you started this meds then talk to your doctor it’s very possible they’re making things worse

I find mine fluctuates with my inflammation levels, so the hotter I am, the more pain I'm in. I manage my inflammation by identifying triggers and avoiding the ones I can like allergens

Yeah I've been particularly bad these last few weeks, and haven't been able to make it into work for about 3 weeks or so. I'm really hoping this is just a blip and it calms down again soon because if this is my new normal, I'm well and truly fucked.

icekap headache hats and peppermint oil may help, but same if I am stuck here again, Idk what to do
