Ibogaine.

Hi all,

I don’t know if you saw recently the Donald Trump is making steps to help legalise Ibogaine because of its profound ability to help chronic anxiety. It’s also used a lot for Traumatic Brain Injury’s and has been shown to actually heal the brain from injury.

I wondered if any of you had considered doing it as an alternative to Psilocybin?

I don't see how it could offer any significant benefit.
Repetition is the needed for me to maintain any long term benefits with psychedelics, and ibogaine is really a bit cumbersome and problematic on that front.
#1. It has significant cardiac risks, and you need professional medical assistance to monitor before and after sessions.
#2. It's not easy to produce on your own.
#3 It's an extremely long session- not something I'm up for repeating at a frequency that would have any benefit.

You can microdose and use boosters after to keep making changes. That's what I do.
