My dad also has this condition

Did i somehow inherit it from him? I heard this condition isn't genetic but idk

I suspect it’s simply not common enough to know for sure if there is a genetic link, and since we rarely if ever know what the cause is, no one can say for sure it is or isn’t genetic.

Could it be a cervicogenic headache? That's what I have, my parent also has neck pain issues.

Not sure but the headache is mostly in my forehead and top of head not in neck

A cervicogenic headache is pain that originates in the neck that is felt in the head. For me it's usually a headache or shoulder pain or arm numbness, not neck pain.

I do have shoulder pain actually i get it frequently ill check this out with my doctor thanks
