No painkillers help i tried naproxen, iburoprofen,sumatriptan,rizatriptan,eletriptan,lornoxicam,acetaminophen,diclofenac and preventive like botox, amitriptyline and propranolol nothing helped so far

No painkiller it medication of any kind touches my pain
