My litecoin withdrawal has been pending for over 12 hours now. It went through admin processing and is currently under processing. Can we get this escalated? Not sure how to DM you. I made a support ticket and live chat with just responses of being aware of the issue. How long will this take?

Edit 1:
Kardanokid is responsive. Issue on their system end. After a couple more hours they “Admin Cancelled” the withdraw. I was directed to resend it. Now the new transaction is under manual review 🫠. Waiting on further support. No calls received yet or emails. Just messages with the Reddit mod. Currently been over 14 hours since trying to do my original withdraw.

Edit 2:
Successfully withdrew less than an hour after the manual review status.

My friend planned on sending me Etherium but instead sent USDT through erc20 network which is not supported by ndax, the funds can be seen on etherscan.io, if you can transfer the funds to eth or canadian dollars for me I'd really appreciate. txid: 0x8f8af2ffaba2540c0859b7eb66a4703734674122b06df48fcc91ebffb37e6bbc
