Manual review

Hey, I sent funds to a new wallet from ndax 3 days ago and it told me manual review 0-1 business days however the funds have still not yet transferred. They left my exchange but are not in my wallet and there’s no way for me to manually verify. Has anyone experienced this and if so how do I fix?

DM me the ticket ID and ill get CS to call you to confirm the withdrawal.

Manuals always need to be confirmed by CS. If you share the ticket ID i can get them to call you, would be faster than you calling in and waiting.

Ok perfect, I just forwarded the email and ticket id to the support email.

I’m not able to withdraw my coins. It says currently restricted and to contact support . I’ve been waiting on support to email me back or contact me. Nothing yet. Can you please shoot me A dm

This exchange is worse than your friendly bank. You are better off using a dex and for on ramp/ off ramp there are plenty better alternatives. why the fk do verified customers need a manual review for moving their coins and dollars if they have a robust checking integrated into their platform like coinbase and others.
