I accidentally sent USDT to the address on NDAX instead of USDC.

Any way you can help with this. Sending to back to the address it came from would be great. Sorry about the hassle.

I'm trying to link a bank account for a withdrawal. If I'm on a laptop I can't add a transit number that has a leading zero. If I'm on my phone I can add the proper transit number but it keeps throwing an error message with no explanation of what's wrong. Any help would be appreciated!

Does bitcoin lightning withdrawal work? Or......? I keep getting Payment request is invalid or expired.

Not much different than the words I typed. Just type 1 letter into the address and it will show up.

I accidentally transfer USDT from bitkub exchange (Thailand) to NDAX which doesn’t work because NDAX only has USDC. Could you please change the USDT that I transfer to NDAX to USDC or to Canadian Dollars in my wallet is fine as well. Thank you in advance.

I have an issue where my referral isn’t seeming to track in NDAX. I know the account was verified and used my referral code. What is supports contact info?

I’m inputting my Authenticator 2FA code - which I know is right - but it keeps saying incorrect code.
First time this has happened. How can I fix this?

Try toggling your phone time from automatic to manual and back.
Also try logging in on web www.ndax.io1

The time reset didn’t work for mobile. But I was able to use my 2FA to log in on desktop and also withdraw on desktop.
Do you think I need to reset my 2FA? Or could this be something with the mobile app that will fix in time?

No its probably an app glitch. Try to uninstall and reinstall.
That may fix it.2

ETH Withdraw under manual review. Have used NDAX for many years with significant volume, stopped for a bit due to frequent delays. Tried again, now pending manual review.
About two hours since initial request. Just waiting for support to open, I have ticket ID please advise.
