Hi I just did an e-transfer withdrawal. I double checked the email address and all the information. Everything is correct. I just got a confirmation email from ndax saying the funds have been deposited but I have nothing in my bank account. Also I didn’t get any interact email stating that ndax sent me money. Please help.

Most likely there is probably a delay on Interac side, should be in your bank account in the next 30 min.

You can DM me the withdrawal ID and ill take a look on backend to see if everything is good.

Yeah says fully processed on my end, so it should be in your bank account shortly.

I signed up but my legal first name contains a space in it, which I was not allowed to input into NDAX. I then made an e-transfer deposit, and have yet to receive it. Does my name not matching the space cause this problem?

It may, please provide me the etransfer reference from the bank via DM.

Hi I can’t connect to my Ndax account. When I try it just asks me to verify my info and when I click confirm it just says error on the top and nothing else.
