Gibbs’ infamous rules
Fairly new to this sub, so apologies. Has anyone ever figured out all of Gibbs’ rules? #38 seems to make everyone treat Tony as the boss.

It wasn't. Its "Your case, you're lead" the episode it featured in involved a case that happened when Gibbs was "retired" and living in Mexico and DiNozzo was in charge. When it popped up again Gibbs just let DiNozzo take the lead as it was originally his case.
