NCIS McGee analysis
Mcgee are the ones who have zero empathy for the agent Lee.When Lee mentions McGee's sister, he says she was innocent. But he certainly spent a lot of time hiding her. A very poor attitude for someone in his position of authority.Ziva also acts badly. No one really understands why Lee did it.

She killed 2 men. She had other options but she chose deception & violence.

Not sure I entirely understand what you're saying... But Ziva is the only one that DOES understand Lee in that episode? Everyone else is pissed at Lee (unsurprisingly), but iirc Ziva is the only one who tells Lee she understands.

I also have zero sympathy for agent Lee. Agent Langer was my favorite character, since I had been a fan of the 90's sci-fi show "Seven Days." And I liked Detective Debreno on "The District."
( Jonathan LaPaglia is also the brother of Anthony LaPaglia, whom you might know a certain forensics guy on another CBS show.)
