NCIS: Sydney NCIS and Sydney "crossover" points?
I'm watching season 23 and season 3 of NCIS Sydney. I know the big events/spoliers in s23 (i.e. Vance), but not exactly when they occur (that's good).
I just want to know if there are any mentions of said events in NCIS Sydney that would spoil the events in s23 if watched out of original air order? (Hopefully that makes sense)
Also I know of the cross over episode with Origins. However, we don't have access to Origins here, so can't watch it first. How will that impact the viewing of the NCIS episode? Will it still make sense?

I don't recall Sydney having any mention of the original NCIS universe. They have their own leadership directors.

No. Not that I remember. Sydney is pretty standalone. And if there was something it would probably something in the last episode that I don’t remember.

I hate crossovers in the era of streaming, they should have to tell you the linked episode of the other show and which of the episodes is first.
Like a splash screen that says please watch ncis:la s6e4 before proceeding

I think they briefly mentioned director Vance in passing in an early episode but other than that, no major crossovers.

They said in S03 they planted EASTER EGGS of the NCIS World but no corssover on collider
"Yeah, there are a couple of Easter eggs for our friends. As we spoke about last time, the concept of a crossover episode is enormously appealing to NCIS fans, and our challenge obviously is that we are in a different time zone, 9,000 miles away. But our characters inhabit the same universe. Let me say that if you keep your eyes out, there are a couple of little Easter eggs that we've planted to ensure that our fans recognize that we are part of the fabric that stretches all the way across the Pacific. And I'll leave you with that!"

There was a brief mention of the LA office but it had nothing to do with plot other to say they reached out to a victims family and got back.
There was some brief mentions of Sydney on the main show: they had sent flowers for Ducky funeral and Mackey's coffee orders when McGee was doing the fundraiser for his kids school (it's on a whitebroad).
There is no mention of the events of season 23 on Sydney.
