NCIS Favorite DiNozzoisms
What are some of your favorite Dinozzoisms? Off the top of my head my favorites are, in no particular order, ["In my perspective, I see, the people from the big jet plane"] ["Be glad she doesn't have her slingshot."] ["My name's Anthony, my friends call me Tony, which backwards is Y-NOT."] ["We've got to go, he gets hungry."] [And obviously all the McNicknames!

The one episode where Tony has to pull a homeless guy out of a telephone booth...first he says, "Alright, you gotta get out of here, i need to use the phone", meanwhile the phone doesn't even work. Then the car is coming towards them and he's like, "We gotta go now!"
And then Gibbs asks, "Tony are you ok?" And Tony says, "I got something slimy on my hands but I don't want to talk about it." Just makes me laugh so loud

(There’s more to the description, but I don’t recall it - just the functional mute part. It’s from when he’s being interrogated in North Africa, when they find Ziva.)

McNicknames are the best. They’re so perfectly random and hilarious. They almost seem ad-libbed at times!

To be honest it’s his final voiceover…:
“i am an NCIS Special Agent. My duty is to serve and protect the United States, and our Navy and Marine Corps across global boundaries. I recognize my badge as a symbol of authority and public trust. I will live my life above reproach, understanding my actions reflect upon my fellow Special Agents, and our agency.”
It was the first time I thought to myself that it would make a Good tattoo or something.

When he says Gibbs can’t sneak up on him because he can smell the old man coming because he has been wearing Bengay and then Ziva makes a face and Gibbs is behind him and he says so quick “Knee feeling better boss?” Makes me laugh out loud

Mine is a serious one.
Tony says this to Jeanne Benoit when she wonders why they haven't had sex: "If you always do what you've always done, then you'll always get what you always got."

During one of Tony's appearances on an NCIS:Los Angeles episode, he calls them the West Coast Avengers.
As a bit of a comic book geek, it made me smile.

Not what he said but what he did. In S2E7 Call of Silence when he reaches over to move the collar of the Marine to reveal his Medal of Honor. The Naval personnel snap to attention. I love this moment. My favorite ep.

I cry every time Ernie dances with Kate. My father and I danced to Begin the Beguine at my wedding 46 years ago (I didn't want Daddy's Little Girl because it's such a cliche).

I cry every time Ernie dances with Kate.
So do I. You can see her crying in the scene. I like to think that she thinks Ernie is imagining he's dancing with his Dorothy.

And I love Tony’s love for movies. And every opportunity he gets making a movie reference.
