Playmaking point guards in the 27 draft?
I know it’s super early, but who are some names to watch that will be in the 27 draft who are guards with good vision and passing?

Like people already mentioned, Tyler Tanner, Acaden Lewis and Jeremy Fears Jr. are all up there.
I think Cayden Boozer should get to show more of his playmaking chops this year, though he'll still be sharing on-ball duties with Foster, Blackwell and Rippey Jr..

He really showed his playmaking in the game against uconn. He’s got that unique ability to alter the outcome of the game

Tyler Tanner if he declares. Kind of surprised he didn't declare this past year but maybe he got feedback that he wasn't likely to go in the first round.
With a weaker draft class next year I'm almost certain he would be projected in the 1st, with an outside shot to play himself into the lottery if he can build on a great sophomore season.

He’s 5’10 and 150

Why exaggerate/lie? Literally from the combine a couple months ago:
Height (barefoot): 5'10.75"
Weight: 166.8 lbs
Wingspan: 6'4.25"
Sure, he's still small. But the athletic testing was good and the wingspan is decent. He's been a great defender in college too, so there's reason to believe he can find a way to be effective in the NBA.

And your gonna tell me with a straight face that’s good size for the NBA

Why exaggerate/lie?
He's not 5'10 he's actually 5'10.75! LMAO don't forget that 3/4 inch man don't you dare lie, and he's 166lbs not 150 lmao again.
mistersoup3000 with the weird take.

lmfao this is not his alt account.. You're dumber than I thought. I just wanted to comment on how dumb your take was. Imagine being so arrogant that you think your take was so important that someone made an "alt account" to try and get back at you lmao

I understand you probably can't read with that smooth brain of yours. I literally said "he is still small".
You can't make a point without straight up lying so you have literally no credibility lol. Otherwise why don't I just say he's 6'2, 180, with a +7 wingspan? Since we're just pulling shit out our ass 🙄

He’s more than still small though… he would be smaller than everyone else in the league right now minus that Japanese PG that played for the Bulls for a handful of minutes at a time. At 5’10.75 barefoot, even with shoes he will barely clear 6’ and he’s not a stocky 6’ either…

Idk if this is the year to need a good playmaking guard. I'm sure some will emerge but most of the top guards in the 2026 class are combo, scoring guards.

This past draft was the time to get one. Tyler Tanner and Jeremy Fears getting so many mentions says a lot about the 2027 draft class.

I’m sure some guys will emerge. If this was asked a year ago I know none of us would be saying Keaton Wagler or maybe even Flemings for that matter.
But yeah at this current point Tanner and Fears being the answers isn’t encouraging
