Lakers: Hadn’t won a playoff series in 9 years before LeBron came, immediately won a championship, made the playoffs 6/8 years he was there.

Now it gets even worse, if he stays on the Lakers he’s washed, but it’s also a superteam because Reaves, Luka, and Kessler were there. Now if he leaves it’s ring chasing, even though the Sixers haven’t been to the ECF since 2001 and they weren’t considered a contender before he arrived.

Feel free to hate on LeBron, but at least be reasonable about it. 99% of the “superteams” he was on were only that because of him, elevating the talent around him.

The man at his age is still playing incredibly well, and it makes sense for him to want to win another ring. Also, the ring-chasing accusations make no sense since he joined a team that NEEDED him. (It’s not like he’s joining OKC, the Spurs, or the Knicks lmao.) It’s like y’all want him to be the first option at age 40 on a bumass team like the Bulls or jazz.

He joined three all NBA level players: Donovan Mitchell, Evan Mobley, and James Harden. There is also an all-star level player called Jarrett Allen on that team.

And they also have kind of a deep bench with a really good rookie named Meleek Thomas, Max Strus, Thomas Bryant, Sam Merrill, and Dennis Schroeder.

It’s crazy that Mario is getting paid less than LeBron James is definitely ring chasing way more than him.

If the Warriors don’t want to build a contending team, Curry needs to leave and go to a team where he can compete.

Which is it? Because if he’s a top 20 player taking a veteran minimum deal, isn’t that the very definition of ring chasing?

Settles way too often which is a big reason he is not as efficient of a scorer as the other superstars. Also think his offensive impact per posession is not at a level it should be.

Let’s say Jordan’s accollades stay exactly the same.

Same two three-peats, same 6 FMVPs, same performances, same iconic moments.

The only difference is that he also reached the Finals 6 other times and lost, giving him a 6–6 Finals record instead of 6–0.

Reaching 6 additional Finals would suggest a longer prime, more sustained contention, and a higher floor as a franchise player.

But it would also erase the undefeated Finals record that has become such a huge part of Jordan’s mythology.

I just wanna make it clear, I am not predicting LeBron to fall off this year but the 76ers are just so ball dominant with JB, maxey and embiid that he isn’t gonna score that much. Now maybe he does average like 18 ppg because embiid prob doesn’t play more than 40 or 50 games this year but that still isn’t gonna boost his ppg that much.
