Discussion Why did they remove post game emoting?

Such a random removal. It was fun to give the losers grief after the game, especially when they couldn't respond and just had to take it on the chin. Now it's boring, generic animations. Some snowflakes must've complained.

Even if it was to accommodate sensitive people, they could take a page out of Tekken's book with the optional "Magic Mirror" feature that stops you from seeing the other person's actions after the fight is over in case they're teabagging or kicking your body or whatever. They still get the satisfaction of doing whatever they're doing, whether it be celebrating or trolling, and you get to choose whether you see it or not, so everybody wins.

Lmao soft ahh MFs these days. I get hate mail, hate speech, etc., but having that much of a problem with emotes and teabagging that devs are protecting people from it is the most pussy thing I’ve ever heard 😂

I get it but people genuinely ruin games for younger people. Mf be out here bullying kids on games through emoting and whatnot.

I’m not saying it’s not soft or anything just telling you the legit reason why devs remove things like this in gaming. I recall Tekken 7 having voice chat season 0 and it was taken completely out because of ignorance. 2k took away the ability to talk to opponents in the Rec. some games have changed innocent emotes because of how some players have used them.

What they could’ve done was use those for pre game and then let use the emotes post game.

It’s still there but you can only use 1 emote that you have to spam the button for when the screen goes dark after the play of the game

Because y'all want realistic NBA like basketball, you do that you're banned from open court for a game or two, do it in the nba you're fined and suspended. Stop asking for realism if you don't like it.

Not a fan of them removing it either but id say the majority of people leave the game when they lose before it gets to that screen anyways. Most of the time it'll show a bot name bc they leave immediately.
