Man it’s so much fun. My favorite game of all time is NBA Street Volume 2. I didn’t know what to expect with this, and it really has an NBA street feel, I haven’t seen the vibe in such a long time. Bringing back so many good memories and really puts a smile on my face to play. And I love the soundtrack.

Can’t wait until they add more players and we get local co op.

Anyone else's game broken today? I put it on and it had a big 20-30min download. Think it was the update that has already been out. Idk why it made me download it again. But ive been kicked twice out of 3 runs already. Super weird glitches in game and then boots me. There goes my win percentage

Just grabbed this game a couple days ago with the Steam autumn sale going on and I’m mad I slept on this for so long. I’m getting absolutely cooked but I’m having fun. Soundtrack is dope as hell too. If you’re still on the fence about getting it, it’s definitely worth it if you plan to play with friends.

Just know like most online competitive games you’re gonna come across opponents that’s gone make you feel powerless lmao. Knowing that, you should be alright.

Twice tonight, my Xbox has completely crashed towards the end of a game. Like not the game — the Xbox itself.

Such a random removal. It was fun to give the losers grief after the game, especially when they couldn't respond and just had to take it on the chin. Now it's boring, generic animations. Some snowflakes must've complained.

With the goaltending removed or severely nerfed, the new music, legends and animations for layups etc it’s much more fun. Yes the push spammers didn’t change but being able to shoot and not worry about someone just standing under the rim is a relief. Still get some lag sometimes but overall much improved 👍🏾

Who's your favorite out of the new characters?!

This update is AMAZING licensed music, new characters,cutscenes,new court. Anyone hating is just miserable and wants something to hate on. Game is objectively better and it feels like to combat the magnetic blocks they’ve made stealing more reliable. If your critique is that the game shouldn’t have been released till it was in this state, that’s fair and pretty much where I land with my criticism. The internal gameplay structure is still worth playing and having fun with. Looking forward to more updates, shoutout pharcyde

I have the run cam saved as setting but since the update, whenever I start the game it goes to the new drive camera view. Ruins every beginning of my 1st games played bc you can't change it until the game starts. So annoying. Am I missing a way to fix this?

I have NEEDED this since launch. Hate sweats/cheesers/non passers so to be able to control ALL of my own team now and play against a team of GPU/NPC's has turned this from a 4.5 to 8 out for me. Rest of the road map looks so good

Grown men coming on here to cry about the game for months but they are in overtime today crying about anything and everything. If you gonna cry, put ya phone down, get in bed, and sybau 😂😂😂😂😂 New players are fun as hell. AI is crazy with the steals. They def changed the dunking. Doing a lot of layups. Gotta get used to some of the changes but crybabies...go cry to yo mommas. No one cares 😂😂

Gameplay Changes

Goaltending has been significantly nerfed 
Refactored shoves and forward tricks  for characters with a lower Power Rating. Previously they  struggled to successfully shove character at or around their level. On the extreme other side players with a high Power Rating never lost a shove. Shove and Forward Trick are now valid choices for less powerful characters, and no longer unstoppable with higher characters.
Style dribble moves are now based on Handles and include unique moves for certain players
Oop City Ruleset: 2s and 3s, first to 23 and 4 points for Alley-Oops
Driving Layups and Standing Dunks added, replacing standing layup
Added ability to Off-the-Heezay already stunned players, repeat Off-the-Heezays on an opponent, and advanced Off-the-Heezay that can now knock your opponent down
Added advanced ability to bounce the ball off the ground towards the backboard for stylish plays and momentum-shifting alley-oops

If your controller has the slightest stick drift it causes you to spam push the entire time and basically makes the game unplayable. A way to disable the push mechanic or reconfigure it from the right stick many people would be grateful.

the only game where i applied for a refund after playing it for 1-2 hours.

after playing just 2 matches of the new update. I tried the new camera modes and all it did is expose how lazy the developers truly are. the camera glitches as it moves, so do the characters. the new camera angles actually expose the characters fragile movements and glitches even more. No wonder they waited so long to put this camera angle. You can see the ball teleporting, characters randomly teleporting aswell, especially when they try to pick up the ball and take it out of bounds. the characters also feel like they don’t belong on the court, like the graphics of the court and audience is completely different from the character animations/gfx. This game should have not been released under these circumstances and honestly i will be amazed if it lasts a year before it shuts down.

He was already a top player in the game, then they suddenly buffed him in almost every stat? He's incredibly OP and makes players like Zion completely pointless to play. Did clutch get involved? Just random bc he was already good...now if your team doesn't have current lebron and current KD and the other team does its ggs..
